Welfare and drug testing:
Should a law pass that says a person must be able to pass a drug test in order to receive welfare. Welfare is a minimal help that the government provides for low income families with dependents. Many people think that although this does help many families, more families are taking advantage of this help with out needing it completely. So should people be drug tested in order to receive welfare or any government aid?
